The heading asks: "What is this Meetup's purpose?":  Well, my hope is that we get to meet other Iranian Americans, make friends with like-minded people, create and attend gatherings of all sorts and help enrich each other's lives. I have a VERY special place in my heart for my fellow Iranian Americans and I hope to be able to help that idea along.  It is no small task, but let's see how far we can take it.  You never know.

Just in time for Nowrooz! Let's get together regularly to work on language, grammar, writing, conversation, etc. This group meeting in Oceanside and surrounding areas. Let's talk film, music, food, language and have fun with it! With this group, I hope to create a fun and useful space where we can learn and challenge ourselves.
